What do you see happening in retail/toys in the next 5 years?

In the next 5 years retail will still be a challenging an environment, but one in which we have an opportunity to continually grow. It will require us to increase our Store count and expand our online business and communications and strengthen our cross-channel experience. That means helping our Customers find what they want, either online or through our Store locations, and providing an excellent experience, not just a transaction.
